ORDERS

Orders may be placed 24 / 7 by phone, fax, mail or website.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accect Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Check by Phone (E-Check), C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery), and by mail (Checks or Cashier's Check / Money Order).  Payments made by check may be processed electronically.

 

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  See UPS.com for prices.  All in stock items will ship with 24 hours.

Most orders placed before 12 pm (CST) will have same day shipping.

 

RETURNS

All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please call for your RMA#.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns must be made within 60 days of the invoice date.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 60 DAYS.

Returns must be in salable condition, unused and unaltered.

NO BONDO, SCREW HOLES, SANDING, DREMELING, ETC.

If item has it’s own packaging, then it must be returned in it’s original / unaltered packaging.

Please NO MAILING LABELS / POSTAGE on item’s packaging, ship it inside another box.

Please package return items to prevent damages during return shipping.

Damages may affect the amount of your credit.

 

REFUSED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to them AND any return shipping charges.  This includes any orders returned after three delivery attempts.  Please contact us before refusing a package or to make other arrangements for delivery before the third delivery attempt.

 

NSF CHECKS

All NSF Checks will have a $25 service charge and a $5 bank fee.  Future order will be payable by credit card, cashier's check or money order.

 

DAMAGES / INCORRECT ORDERS

Please contact us immediately regarding any damages or incorrect items.
